  • Introduction

    Transport or transportation is the movement of people, animals and goods from one location to another. Today, transportation has become a core component in nearly all activities. Modes of transport include air, rail, road, water, cable, pipeline and space. The field can be divided into infrastructure, vehicles and operations. Transport is important because it enables trade between persons, which is essential for the development of civilizations. Transportation has helped to change lives through facilitating trade, travel and exchange.

    This special issue is focused on the issues of Transportation Engineering and will publish researches based on quantitative methods for analysis, design and application of transportation systems in all modes of transportation (road, rail, air and marine)

  • Guidelines for Submission

    Manuscripts can be submitted until the expiry of the deadline. Submissions must be previously unpublished and may not be under consideration elsewhere.

    Papers should be formatted according to the guidelines for authors (see: http://www.ijtet.org/submission). By submitting your manuscripts to the special issue, you are acknowledging that you accept the rules established for publication of manuscripts, including agreement to pay the Article Processing Charges for the manuscripts. Accepted papers will be published continuously in the journal and will be listed together on the special issue website.
